


Ingredients
1 pound wild caught shrimps, shelled, deveined and chopped
1 ripe but firm avocado, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
⅓ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ of small red onion, diced
1 lime, juiced
Himalayan salt
black pepper
splash of olive oil
1 small jalapeno, thinly sliced
Instructions

<li>Heat a medium pot with water sprinkle some salt and over high heat and let it boil. Add the shrimps and immediately turn off the heat. Let sit for 3 minutes then drain.</li>
<li>In a large bowl combine the shrimps, the veggies, another splash of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Yum!</li>
