Gluten-Free Crackers

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds (white and black combination)
3 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt or more according to taste
2 teaspoons dried oregano (other herbs can be added as well)
1/2 cup water

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.</li>
<li>Like a 14x10 inches baking pan with parchment paper (do not grease). Spread the seed mixture evenly using a rubber spatula, making sure to press firmly.</li>
<li>Bake for 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven, cut into squares and return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy.</li>
<li>Let it cool. Enjoy!</li>
