Gluten Free Crackers

Easy gluten free crackers with seeds.

Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup sesame seeds (white and black combination)
- 3 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt or more according to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano (other herbs can be added as well)
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Like a 14x10 inches baking pan with parchment paper (do not grease). Spread the seed mixture evenly using a rubber spatula, making sure to press firmly.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven, cut into squares and return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy.
- Let it cool. Enjoy!
Notes
This can be lightly toasted as well just before serving so it's crispier.
