Recipe type: Snacks
Serves: 8 servings
Ingredients
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds (white and black combination)
  • 3 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt or more according to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano (other herbs can be added as well)
  • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  3. Like a 14x10 inches baking pan with parchment paper (do not grease). Spread the seed mixture evenly using a rubber spatula, making sure to press firmly.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven, cut into squares and return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Let it cool. Enjoy!
Notes
This can be lightly toasted as well just before serving so it's crispier.
