


Ingredients
2½ cups Antimo Caputo Gluten Free Flour (available on Amazon)
4 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon water as needed
Instructions
<ol>
<li>Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl by hand for 5 minutes until the dough comes together.</li>
<li>Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Sprinkle a work area with flour. Knead the dough for few minutes and divide into 2.</li>
<li>Cover the other half while working on the first one.</li>
<li>Use a pasta maker if you have or a rolling pin. Cut the pasta as desired.</li>
<li>When ready to cook, bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil and cook the pasta for about 3 minutes or until pasta is al dente.</li>
