Gluten-Free Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas and 1 ripe but firm banana (thinly sliced)
1½ cups Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour - gluten free
1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
1 teaspoon McCormick Vanilla Extract - gluten free
½ cup Hershey's Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels - gluten free
1 teaspoon Arm & Hammer Baking Soda - gluten free
⅓ cup melted butter
1 large egg
pinch of salt
½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li>Butter up a loaf pan.</li>
<li>In a large bowl, mash the 3 bananas with a fork. Add the melted butter, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the vanilla extract, egg and sugar.</li>
<li>Mix in the flour then the chocolate morsels. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Top with banana slices and more chocolates if desired.</li>
<li>Bake from 45 minutes to 50 or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool before serving. Yummy!</li>
