Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas and 1 ripe but firm banana (thinly sliced)
- 1½ cups Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Vanilla Extract - gluten free
- ½ cup Hershey's Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon Arm & Hammer Baking Soda - gluten free
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter up a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the 3 bananas with a fork. Add the melted butter, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the vanilla extract, egg and sugar.
- Mix in the flour then the chocolate morsels. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Top with banana slices and more chocolates if desired.
- Bake from 45 minutes to 50 or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool before serving. Yummy!
