Easy gluten-free popcorn shrimp recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimps, shelled and deveined
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix - GF
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
- cooking oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Heat enough oil in a deep fryer.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
- Coat the shrimps with the beaten egg. Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the shrimps to coat.
- Fry in batches about 45 seconds to a minute then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Yum!
