Ingredients
6 lamb chops
splash of olive oil
kosher salt
¼ to ½ teaspoon McCormick Cayenne Pepper - gluten free
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
Instructions

<li>Drizzle lamb chops with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and thyme.</li>
<li>Place the chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.</li>
<li>Preheat grill on medium high heat. Grill the chops about 3 to 5 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.</li>
<li>Serve with roasted vegetables.</li>
