Gluten Free Herbed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  • 6 lamb chops
  • splash of olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon McCormick Cayenne Pepper - gluten free
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
Instructions
  1. Drizzle lamb chops with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Place the chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  2. Preheat grill on medium high heat. Grill the chops about 3 to 5 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
  3. Serve with roasted vegetables.
