Gluten Free Herbed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- splash of olive oil
- kosher salt
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon McCormick Cayenne Pepper - gluten free
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
Instructions
- Drizzle lamb chops with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Place the chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Preheat grill on medium high heat. Grill the chops about 3 to 5 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
- Serve with roasted vegetables.
