

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, filleted to make 8 pieces
Badia Louisiana Cajun Seasoning - gluten free
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt
olive oil
jalapeno pepper or serrano pepper, thinly sliced for garnish
fresh cilantro for garnish
fresh lime wedges for garnish
Instructions

<li>Lightly season chicken with salt, add some olive oil over chicken, garlic and the sprinkle some Cajun seasoning over chicken.</li>
<li>Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill chicken about 3 to 4 minutes per side.</li>
<li>Arrange chicken on a platter and top with sliced jalapeno pepper, lime wedges and fresh cilantro. Yum!</li>
