Easy waffle recipe using leftover thanksgiving cranberry sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups Pamela's Gluten Free Waffle Mix or any gluten free waffle mix
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce and extra for topping
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water (or more depending on consistency)
  • butter
  • maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the waffle maker.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the waffle mix, eggs, olive oil, cranberry sauce and water.
  3. Spray nonstick or lightly grease the waffle maker before scooping the mixture. Cook as directed.
  4. Serve with butter, more cranberry sauce and maple syrup. So yummy!
