Gluten Free Cranberry Sauce Waffles

Easy waffle recipe using leftover thanksgiving cranberry sauce.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups Pamela's Gluten Free Waffle Mix or any gluten free waffle mix
- ½ cup cranberry sauce and extra for topping
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water (or more depending on consistency)
- butter
- maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- In a medium bowl, mix the waffle mix, eggs, olive oil, cranberry sauce and water.
- Spray nonstick or lightly grease the waffle maker before scooping the mixture. Cook as directed.
- Serve with butter, more cranberry sauce and maple syrup. So yummy!
