Gluten-Free Baked Chocolate Chip Donuts

Ingredients

2 cups Krusteaz Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
2 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
½ teaspoon McCormick Ground Cinnamon - gluten free
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons or 1 stick organic butter, melted (plus more for greasing)
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup whole milk
¾ to 1 cup Hershey's Chocolate Morsels - gluten free

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li>Grease a doughnut pan with butter and set aside.</li>
<li>In a large bowl, combine, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the butter, and milk eggs. Gradually add the mixture to the dry ingredients.</li>
<li>Add the chocolate chips and stir to incorporate the ingredients.</li>
<li>Use a piping bag or a Ziploc bag (cutting one corner) and fill the doughnut about ⅔ full. Bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly then serve.</li>
<li>Sprinkle with more sugar if desired. Yum!</li>
