Gluten Free Grilled Tuna with Cucumber Relish

Ingredients
- Tuna steaks
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- FOR THE RELISH:
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 red chili, minced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil over tuna steaks and season salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
- Grill tuna 2 minutes per side depending on thickness. Combine all the relish ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Place the tuna on a plate and top with the relish. Serve
