Gluten Free Grilled Tuna with Cucumber Relish

Ingredients
  • Tuna steaks
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • FOR THE RELISH:
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 red chili, minced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Drizzle olive oil over tuna steaks and season salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  2. Grill tuna 2 minutes per side depending on thickness. Combine all the relish ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Place the tuna on a plate and top with the relish. Serve
