Gluten Free Salad with Asian Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
  • 2 cups salad mix from the store
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Marukan Rice Vinegar gluten free
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • fresh cilantro leaves
  • few grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ of lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix the salad in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, olive oil, lime juice and adjust taste with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over and serve. Yum!
