Gluten Free Salad with Asian Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 cups salad mix from the store
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup Marukan Rice Vinegar gluten free
- ¼ cup olive oil
- fresh cilantro leaves
- few grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ½ of lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Mix the salad in a large bowl.
- In another bowl mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, olive oil, lime juice and adjust taste with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over and serve. Yum!
