
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins, cut into bite pieces
2 medium shallots, minced
⅓ cup fresh oregano, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 lemon juiced
salt and pepper
⅓ cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions

<li>Season pork with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Combine garlic, shallots, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, and jalapeno in a large resealable bag. Add the pork and incorporate the ingredients together.</li>
<li>Refrigerate overnight.</li>
<li>Preheat grill to medium high heat.</li>
<li>When ready to grill, remove the pork from marinade and thread to bamboo skewers.</li>
<li>Grill pork for about 3 to 5 minutes per side until done. Serve</li>
