Gluten Free Pork Chops and Apples

Ingredients
- pork chops
- 2 apples, cored and sliced into wedges
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- fresh sage, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh rosemary, minced
- olive oil
- fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil over pork then season with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
- Heat a cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and cook the pork for few minutes until done depending on thickness. Transfer pork to a plate.
- Clean the pan and add another splash of olive oil. Saute onions for 2 minutes then add the apples. Cook until slightly charred then season with salt and pepper. Return the pork and heat through. Garnish with parsley before serving. Yum!
