Serves: 1 loaf
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
  • 1½ teaspoon Red Star Active Dry Yeast - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons organic raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • 6 tablespoons organic butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup warm milk
  • 6 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a loaf pan with butter and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, water and yeast. Let sit for 3 minutes until foamy then add the butter, eggs, honey, salt and flour. Incorporate using a spatula. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Tap a couple of times to remove air bubbles. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool and slice. So moist and yummy!
