




Ingredients
2 cups Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
1½ teaspoon Red Star Active Dry Yeast - gluten free
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs, at room temperature
4 tablespoons organic raw honey - naturally gluten free
6 tablespoons organic butter, melted
⅓ cup warm milk
6 tablespoons warm water
1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
Instructions
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li>Grease a loaf pan with butter and set aside.</li>
<li>In a large bowl, combine warm milk, water and yeast. Let sit for 3 minutes until foamy then add the butter, eggs, honey, salt and flour. Incorporate using a spatula. Pour batter into the prepared pan.</li>
<li>Tap a couple of times to remove air bubbles.</li>
<li>Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.</li>
<li>Let cool and slice. So moist and yummy!</li>
