Gluten Free Beef Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 pounds New York steaks, cut into thin strips
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Paprika - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Chili Powder - gluten free
- 2 teaspoons Cumin - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon Onion Salt - gluten free
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder - gluten free
- black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the seasonings in a small bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over beef then season. Place bell peppers and onion on a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over bell peppers and season with the seasoning mixture. Roast until slightly charred and set aside.
- Heat a large cast iron pan over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil then the beef. Saute beef until cooked through then add the bell peppers. Stir to combine. Adjust salt according to taste. Serve with lime wedges. Yum!
