Gluten Free Beef Fajitas
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds New York steaks, cut into thin strips
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Paprika - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Chili Powder - gluten free
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Salt - gluten free
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder - gluten free
  • black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • lime wedges
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine the seasonings in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over beef then season. Place bell peppers and onion on a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over bell peppers and season with the seasoning mixture. Roast until slightly charred and set aside.
  4. Heat a large cast iron pan over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil then the beef. Saute beef until cooked through then add the bell peppers. Stir to combine. Adjust salt according to taste. Serve with lime wedges. Yum!
