Gluten-Free Baked King Salmon with Lime

Ingredients

wild King Salmon
1 serrano pepper, seeded and grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, zest
black pepper
salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Lightly grease a large rimmed baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lime zest, grated serrano pepper and garlic.
  4. Place the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Gently rub the lime mixture onto the fish.
  6. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes. Garnish with lime wedges.
