Ingredients
wild King Salmon
1 serrano pepper, seeded and grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, zest
black pepper
salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- Lightly grease a large rimmed baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lime zest, grated serrano pepper and garlic.
- Place the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently rub the lime mixture onto the fish.
- Bake for 15 to 25 minutes. Garnish with lime wedges.
