Gluten-Free Baked King Salmon with Lime

Ingredients

wild King Salmon
1 serrano pepper, seeded and grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, zest
black pepper
salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.</li>
<li>Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.</li>
<li>Lightly grease a large rimmed baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lime zest, grated serrano pepper and garlic.</li>
<li>Place the salmon and season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Gently rub the lime mixture onto the fish.</li>
<li>Bake for 15 to 25 minutes. Garnish with lime wedges.</li>
