


Ingredients
1 pound chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup wild rice mix
½ cup fresh parsley. chopped
5 cups water or more if you want more broth
salt and pepper
Instructions

<li class="instruction">Season chicken with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a large Dutch oven to medium heat. Add olive oil, onion and garlic. Saute for few minutes until soft.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the chicken and stir fry until browned, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes, Add the water, rice blend, sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bring to a quick boil then lower to simmer, about 15 minutes or until rice is cooked through. Stir in the parsley before serving. Yum!</li>
