

Ingredients
2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Oats
1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
3/4 cup pitted dates, chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, diced
3 large eggs
1 and 1/4 cup whole milk
butter for greasing
1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
Instructions

<li>In a large bowl, mix the oats, baking powder and milk. Let it sit for 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li>Grease an 8 and 1/2 inch springform pan with butter.</li>
<li>Add all the other ingredients to the bowl of oats and stir to incorporate.</li>
<li>Bake for 1 hour. Great for breakfast.</li>
