Ingredients
5 packages Miracle Noodles - gluten free
1 pound large shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
½ of large onion, diced
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Rinse the noodles with cold water. Season shrimps with salt and pepper.
- Boil a pot of water. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Set aside. Heat a Dutch oven over medium high heat.
- Add some olive oil then garlic. Sauté the onions for few minutes then add the bell peppers. Add the shrimps and cook until pink.
- Add butter then the noodles. Stir nicely, season if needed.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese and top with parsley. Serve
