Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 4 (1 oz) packets Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix - gluten free
  • 2 cups Krusteaz Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce - gluten free
  • ¼ cup organic raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ black pepper
  • cooking oil for frying
  • 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle 2 packages of the ranch dressing over the chicken and toss to cover nicely. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Heat a deep fryer or a deep pan with enough oil to 350 degrees F.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, 1 packet of the ranch dressing, salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and 3 tablespoons water and the fourth ranch dressing packet.
  4. Dredge wings into the flour then the egg mixture and then the flour again. Fry wings in batches about 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Transfer wings to a plate lined with paper towels.
  5. Mix the hot sauce and honey in a small saucepan and heat on low stirring few times. Serve
