Gluten Free Citrus Salad with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 2 tangerines
  • ½ lime juice
  • micro greens
  • 2 tablespoons San J Tamari soy sauce - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons Marukan Lite Dressing - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • small slice of red onion, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Carefully slice the skin of the oranges then slice into thin round pieces. Place on a platter.
  2. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, dressing, sugar, ginger in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Spoon dressing over the oranges. Top with micro greens, cranberries and slices of red onions. Serve
