Gluten Free Citrus Salad with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 blood oranges
- 2 navel oranges
- 2 tangerines
- ½ lime juice
- micro greens
- 2 tablespoons San J Tamari soy sauce - gluten free
- 2 tablespoons Marukan Lite Dressing - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and black pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- small slice of red onion, for garnish
Instructions
- Carefully slice the skin of the oranges then slice into thin round pieces. Place on a platter.
- Combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, dressing, sugar, ginger in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Spoon dressing over the oranges. Top with micro greens, cranberries and slices of red onions. Serve
