


Ingredients
2 packages of chicken tenders (about 2 to 3 pounds)
1 lemon, juiced
⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon raw honey - naturally gluten free
1 jalapeno pepper, minced and 2 more, seeded and sliced
1 yellow or red bell pepper, sliced
kosher salt
black pepper
Instructions

<li>Preheat grill to medium high heat.</li>
<li>Pat dry chicken tenders with paper towels in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and season chicken with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Combine garlic, cilantro, minced jalapeno, honey, lemon juice and sesame oil in a small bowl. Add the mixture with the chicken and gently incorporate together.</li>
<li>Thread chicken onto metal or bamboo skewers alternating with bell peppers and sliced jalapeno peppers.</li>
<li>Grill chicken about 3 to 4 minutes per side until done. Serve</li>
