Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets with Bbq Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds skinless and boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite pieces
- 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
- 2 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- cooking oil
- Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce - gluten free
Instructions
- Heat enough oil in deep fryer or wok.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and water. Then add the chicken and coat nicely. Fry for few minutes until crispy. Transfer them to a platter lined with paper towels. Serve with BBQ sauce. Yum!
