3 to 4 pounds skinless and boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite pieces
2 cups Bob's Red Mill Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
2 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
cooking oil
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce - gluten free
Instructions

<li>Heat enough oil in deep fryer or wok.</li>
<li>In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and water. Then add the chicken and coat nicely. Fry for few minutes until crispy.</li>
<li>Transfer them to a platter lined with paper towels. Serve with BBQ sauce. Yum!</li>
