Ingredients
4 chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut in half lengthwise
4 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
8 pieces Applegate Bacon - gluten free
organic raw honey, naturally gluten free
salt and pepper
olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic and cilantro.
- Carefully wrap 1 piece of bacon and place them down with the ends of the bacon tucked under. (to prevent the bacon from curling while cooking)
- Drizzle honey all over and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes to for a crispier bacon. Serve
