Gluten-Free Creamy Hungarian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

4 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 of small sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar - GF
juice of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sugar, optional
½ cup sour cream

Instructions

<ol>
<li>In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Add the cucumber slices and sliced onion stir to coat.</li>
<li>Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Stir it occasionally.</li>
<li>Add the sour cream with the cucumber slices.</li>
<li>Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Yum!</li>
