Gluten-Free Apple Cider Pork Chops

Ingredients

8 to 10 thin sliced pork chops
2 tablespoons canola oil
salt and pepper
McCormick ground garlic - gluten free
1½ cups Litehouse Honey Crisp Apple Cider - gluten free
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons French's Deli Mustard Spicy Brown - gluten free

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Pat dry the pork chops with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Heat canola oil on a pan over medium high heat. Cook pork chops for about 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.</li>
<li>On the same pan, add apple cider and sugar. Cook until reduced by about half then add the mustard. Stir nicely and season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Pour sauce over pork chops. Enjoy!</li>
