Gluten-Free Pork Chops and Mushrooms

Ingredients

6 bone-in pork chops
olive oil
1 (8) oz Pacific Chicken Broth or Beef Broth - gluten free
2 tablespoons Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
2 tablespoons heavy cream
salt and pepper
2 tablespoon butter
8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large cast iron pan to medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil. Cook the pork until done. Time is depending on thickness. Set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan to medium heat. Add butter and mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms for few minutes until they start to brown then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the flour and cook for a minute. Stir in the broth and cream. Cook until thickened.
  5. Serve pork with the mushrooms and garnish with parsley. Yummy!
