Gluten-Free Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Gluten-Free Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

5 to 6 boneless pork chops
½ cup Heinz Ketchup - gluten free
¼ cup raw honey - naturally gluten free
¼ cup San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, and garlic.
  2. Drizzle some olive oil over pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Pour about half of the sauce mixture over the chops and coat nicely.
  3. Preheat gas grill or indoor grill to medium high heat. Lightly brush some oil over the grates of the grill to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the chops about 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on the thickness. Baste with the remaining sauce a few times.
  5. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Serve
