Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Pamela's Gluten Free Waffle Mix or any gluten free waffle mix
1/2 cup cranberry sauce and extra for topping
2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup water (or more depending on consistency)
butter
maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- In a medium bowl, mix the waffle mix, eggs, olive oil, cranberry sauce and water.
- Spray nonstick or lightly grease the waffle maker before scooping the mixture. Cook as directed.
- Serve with butter, more cranberry sauce and maple syrup. So yummy!
