Ingredients
1½ cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
3 overripe bananas, mashed
½ stick unsalted butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Soda - gluten free
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup roughly chopped walnuts
½ cup Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips - gluten free
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda and sugar. Stir nicely then add the butter, egg and bananas. Stir to incorporate.
- Fold in the nuts and the chocolate chips. Gently stir together. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool and ready to be served.
