Gluten-Free Banana Nut Bread with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

1½ cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
3 overripe bananas, mashed
½ stick unsalted butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Soda - gluten free
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup roughly chopped walnuts
½ cup Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips - gluten free

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda and sugar. Stir nicely then add the butter, egg and bananas. Stir to incorporate.
  3. Fold in the nuts and the chocolate chips. Gently stir together. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool and ready to be served.
