Ingredients
2 turkey tenderloins, cleaned and patted dry
6-8 strips bacon
raw honey - GF
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Season the tenderloins with the rosemary, salt and pepper. Carefully wrap the tenderloins with the bacon with the ends tacked in under.
- Place them on a baking pan. Drizzle the honey over the tenderloins. Sprinkle a little bit of ground black pepper and extra rosemary.
- Bake from 40-45 minutes until bacon looks crispy and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve
