Gluten-Free Bacon Wrapped Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients

2 turkey tenderloins, cleaned and patted dry
6-8 strips bacon
raw honey - GF
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Season the tenderloins with the rosemary, salt and pepper. Carefully wrap the tenderloins with the bacon with the ends tacked in under.
  3. Place them on a baking pan. Drizzle the honey over the tenderloins. Sprinkle a little bit of ground black pepper and extra rosemary.
  4. Bake from 40-45 minutes until bacon looks crispy and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  5. Let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve
