Ingredients
  • 2 pounds grass fed ground beef
  • McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning - gluten free
  • romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • swiss cheese slices
  • Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce - gluten free (optional)
  • red onion, thinly sliced into disc
  • Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1 ripe but firm avocado, thinly sliced
  • Hellmann's Mayonnaise - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with the Montreal Steak Seasoning then divide the ground beef into serving sizes and make the patties.
  3. Brush the onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the hamburgers about 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on thickness. Grill the red onions as well.Top with the cheese and arrange the burgers according to your liking. Serve
