Ingredients
- 2 pounds grass fed ground beef
- McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning - gluten free
- romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- swiss cheese slices
- Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce - gluten free (optional)
- red onion, thinly sliced into disc
- Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- 1 ripe but firm avocado, thinly sliced
- Hellmann's Mayonnaise - gluten free
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Season the ground beef with the Montreal Steak Seasoning then divide the ground beef into serving sizes and make the patties.
- Brush the onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the hamburgers about 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on thickness. Grill the red onions as well.Top with the cheese and arrange the burgers according to your liking. Serve
