Gluten-Free Apple Cider Pork Chops

Ingredients

8 to 10 thin sliced pork chops
2 tablespoons canola oil
salt and pepper
McCormick ground garlic - gluten free
1½ cups Litehouse Honey Crisp Apple Cider - gluten free
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons French's Deli Mustard Spicy Brown - gluten free

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the pork chops with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat canola oil on a pan over medium high heat. Cook pork chops for about 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. On the same pan, add apple cider and sugar. Cook until reduced by about half then add the mustard. Stir nicely and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour sauce over pork chops. Enjoy!
