Ingredients

Juantonio's Tortilla Chips - GF

La Victoria Salsa Brava Hot Sauce - GF

shredded iceberg lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

Daisy Sour Cream

breakfast sausages. cooked

6 large eggs, scrambled

1 jalapeno, thinly sliced

shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican Blend

chopped cilantro

1 avocado, diced (optional)

 

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Cook the breakfast sausages then chop into small pieces.</li>
<li>Cook the eggs, use your favorite seasoning.</li>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li>Spread tortilla chips on a baking pan then sprinkle shredded cheese. Melt the cheese in the oven for 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Top with the rest of the ingredients.</li>
<li>Garnish with jalapenos and chopped cilantro.</li>
<li>Serve</li>
