Ingredients
Tuna steaks
olive oil
salt and pepper
FOR THE RELISH:
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 red chili, minced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper
Instructions

<li>Drizzle olive oil over tuna steaks and season salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Preheat the grill to medium high heat.</li>
<li>Grill tuna 2 minutes per side depending on thickness.</li>
<li>Combine all the relish ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Place the tuna on a plate and top with the relish. Serve</li>
