Gluten-Free Pork Chops and Mushrooms

Ingredients

6 bone-in pork chops
olive oil
1 (8) oz Pacific Chicken Broth or Beef Broth - gluten free
2 tablespoons Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour - gluten free
2 tablespoons heavy cream
salt and pepper
2 tablespoon butter
8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Season pork with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Heat a large cast iron pan to medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil. Cook the pork until done. Time is depending on thickness. Set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.</li>
<li>Heat a large non-stick pan to medium heat. Add butter and mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms for few minutes until they start to brown then season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Add the flour and cook for a minute. Stir in the broth and cream. Cook until thickened.</li>
<li>Serve pork with the mushrooms and garnish with parsley. Yummy!</li>
