Ingredients
4 chicken breast, skinless and boneless
2 cups broccoli, cut into bite pieces
1 (12 oz.) Pacific Organic Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup - gluten free
¾ cup whole milk
McCormick Paprika - gluten free
kosher salt
black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
<ol>
<li>Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.</li>
<li>Heat a pan to medium heat then add 2 tablespoons butter and olive oil. Cook the chicken until done about 3 minutes per side and set aside when done.</li>
<li>In the same pan add the remaining butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the milk and cream of chicken. Cook until bubbly then add the broccoli. Cook for another 3 minutes.</li>
<li>Return the chicken and let it cook for 2 more minutes.</li>
<li>Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve</li>
