Gluten-Free Spicy Pork

Ingredients

1 to 1½ pounds pork shoulder, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Eden Foods Mirin - gluten free
1 tablespoon Sun Luck Sesame Oil - gluten free
1½ teaspoon Sun Luck Sesame Seeds - gluten free
3 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
4 to 5 garlic cloves, grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
1 bunch green onion, cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions

<ol>
<li>Combine mirin, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, salt and black pepper. Pour the mixture over pork and coat nicely.</li>
<li>Marinate for at least 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Heat wok over high heat. Add oil then pork. Cook pork for about 10 minutes stirring often until browned and cooked through. Add soy sauce and cook for another minute.</li>
<li>Add the jalapenos and green onions.</li>
<li>Stir and cook for 1 minute. Ready!</li>
