Gluten-Free Popcorn Shrimp

Ingredients

1 pound shrimps, shelled and deveined
1 egg, beaten
1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix - GF
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
cooking oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Heat enough oil in a deep fryer.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  3. Coat the shrimps with the beaten egg. Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the shrimps to coat.
  4. Fry in batches about 45 seconds to a minute then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Yum!
