Ingredients
3 pounds skinless and boneless chicken thighs
5 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
3 tablespoons organic raw honey - naturally gluten free
1 teaspoon salt
olive oil
black pepper
1 lime, juiced
3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, honey and lime juice in a small bowl. Season with black pepper.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast iron pan to medium high heat and add a splash of olive oil. Cook the chicken until browned about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Add honey-lime mixture to the pan. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until sauce thickened.
- Transfer to a platter and top with green onions and lime wedges. Serve
