Ingredients

Juantonio's Tortilla Chips - GF

La Victoria Salsa Brava Hot Sauce - GF

shredded iceberg lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

Daisy Sour Cream

breakfast sausages. cooked

6 large eggs, scrambled

1 jalapeno, thinly sliced

shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican Blend

chopped cilantro

1 avocado, diced (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Cook the breakfast sausages then chop into small pieces.
  2. Cook the eggs, use your favorite seasoning.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking pan then sprinkle shredded cheese. Melt the cheese in the oven for 2 minutes.
  5. Top with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with jalapenos and chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve
