Gluten-Free Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

2 pounds New York steaks, cut into thin strips
olive oil
1 tablespoon McCormick Paprika - gluten free
1 teaspoon McCormick Chili Powder - gluten free
2 teaspoons Cumin - gluten free
1 teaspoon Onion Salt - gluten free
2 teaspoons garlic powder - gluten free
black pepper
salt to taste
2 bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
1 red onion, cut into wedges
lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine the seasonings in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over beef then season. Place bell peppers and onion on a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over bell peppers and season with the seasoning mixture. Roast until slightly charred and set aside.
  4. Heat a large cast iron pan over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil then the beef. Sauté beef until cooked through then add the bell peppers. Stir to combine. Adjust salt according to taste.
  5. Serve with lime wedges. Yum!
