Gluten-Free BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

2 racks of baby back ribs
1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce - gluten free
McCormick Grill Mates Pork Rub - gluten free

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the ribs. Preheat oven to 250 degree F.
  2. Rub the ribs with the rib rub generously. Lay a large heavy duty foil and place the ribs and seal the foil. Place the ribs on a large roasting pan and bake for 2½ hours.
  3. Open the foil and slather with BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs. Preheat grill on medium and grill the ribs for 15 minutes each side turning few times. Add more BBQ sauce as needed.
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing into individual ribs.
