Gluten Free Garlic Fried Rice with Egg

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked Jasmine rice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
- 2 to 3 tablespoons organic butter
- 4 large eggs
- salt and pepper
- green onions, sliced
- toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the eggs sunny side up and set aside.
- Heat wok to medium heat and add butter and garlic. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add the rice and cook for a couple of minutes, season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Serve rice with fried eggs and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Yum!
