Gluten-Free Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

5 to 6 boneless pork chops
½ cup Heinz Ketchup - gluten free
¼ cup raw honey - naturally gluten free
¼ cup San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
olive oil

Instructions

<ol>
<li>In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, and garlic.</li>
<li>Drizzle some olive oil over pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Pour about half of the sauce mixture over the chops and coat nicely.</li>
<li>Preheat gas grill or indoor grill to medium high heat. Lightly brush some oil over the grates of the grill to prevent sticking.</li>
<li>Grill the chops about 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on the thickness. Baste with the remaining sauce a few times.</li>
<li>Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Serve</li>
