2 pounds grass fed ground beef
McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning - gluten free
romaine lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
Swiss cheese slices
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce - gluten free (optional)
red onion, thinly sliced into disc
Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 ripe but firm avocado, thinly sliced
Hellmann's Mayonnaise - gluten free
salt and pepper
olive oil
Instructions

<li>Preheat grill to medium high heat.</li>
<li>Season the ground beef with the Montreal Steak Seasoning then divide the ground beef into serving sizes and make the patties.</li>
<li>Brush the onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Grill the hamburgers about 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on thickness. Grill the red onions as well. Top with the cheese and arrange the burgers according to your liking. Serve</li>
