Gluten-Free Spicy Pork

Ingredients

1 to 1½ pounds pork shoulder, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Eden Foods Mirin - gluten free
1 tablespoon Sun Luck Sesame Oil - gluten free
1½ teaspoon Sun Luck Sesame Seeds - gluten free
3 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
4 to 5 garlic cloves, grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
1 bunch green onion, cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine mirin, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, salt and black pepper. Pour the mixture over pork and coat nicely.
  2. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat wok over high heat. Add oil then pork. Cook pork for about 10 minutes stirring often until browned and cooked through. Add soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the jalapenos and green onions.
  5. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Ready!
