Ingredients
2 cups uncooked Barilla Penne - gluten free
⅔ cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise - gluten free
1 teaspoon McCormick Onion Powder - gluten free
2 tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar - gluten free
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup diced Colby Jack Cheese
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow or orange pepper, diced
⅓ cup diced red onion
½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup broccoli
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Combine the vegetables in a large bowl. Then add the pasta and diced cheese.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, onion powder, and lemon juice.
- Toss the pasta salad with the dressing. Serve
